1. Editor

Innovation.world is a non-profit personal blog edited & property of Fabrice Pin, based in France.

Innovation.world site is hosted by Hostinger in the Netherlands(EU), with Fabrice Pin as legal Director of Publication. Fabrice Pin is referred to here below as “the Editor”. Any legal or privacy concerns should be reported via the contact form.

2. Acceptance of our Terms

By visiting the website Innovation.world, viewing, accessing or otherwise using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to Innovation.world, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not want to be bound by our Terms, your only option is not to visit, view or otherwise use the services of Innovation.world. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Editor, and that your use of Innovation.world shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.

3. Provision of Services

You agree and acknowledge that the Editor is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that Innovation.world and the Editor is entitled to provide services to you through subsidiaries or affiliated entities.

4. Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Innovation.world may contain proprietary and confidential information, including texts, images, drawings, 2D & 3D files, trademarks, service marks, and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. The Editor authorizes you to view and make a single copy of portions of its content for offline, personal, non-commercial use. Our content may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Any further rights not specifically granted herein are reserved.

      • copyrighted innovation.world
      • or royalty-free images from Pixabay (pixabay.com) or Pexels (pexels.com) 
      • or used under the license of 123RF (123rf.com) and their respective authors

5. Submitted Content

When you submit content or any information to Innovation.world or its employees by any communication method, you simultaneously grant the Editor an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, modify, incorporate, distribute, and syndicate your content worldwide on the website and any other media. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to the Editor.

6. Cookies

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites. The website uses cookies to help identify your computer so we can tailor your user experience, to remember preferences or login or ordering status, for site & user analytics, whether performed in-house or by external parties and services.

You can delete any cookies already stored on your computer or set your browser in order to refuse any new ones, but these may stop our website from functioning properly.

7. Termination of Agreement

The Terms of this agreement will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Terms #4 and #5 are to continue in perpetuity and shall be unaffected by the termination of this agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of Innovation.world is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided “As Is” and “As Available”. The Editor does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements, or representations whatsoever as to the operation of the Innovation.world website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that the Editor and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information, or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not the Editor has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, the liability of the Editor is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Link Directory

Innovation.world includes a Link Directory related to Product Design & Engineering. Whether the inclusion in the Directory has been on a payment basis or not, the Editor will check each site and reserves the right to reject any submission not design-related, with poor content or redundant or inappropriate, or any other criteria without any reimbursement or notice. For links included in the Link Directory, the Editor reserves the right to take snapshots of the links and edit or modify part or whole of the description, the images or any content submitted. To respect and protect both target and referral websites in search engine rankings, links will guide visitors but will have a “NOFOLLOW” attribute according to recent search engine practices regarding directories of links.

11. External Content

Whether in the Link Directory or in any article, the Editor may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that the Editor is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such external resources or websites.

12. Partners

Except if listed in the “Partners” section, the Editor has no commercial nor financial incentive to any brand, trademark, company, or product mentioned in innovation.world. The partners are companies supporting innovation.world, usually with free equipment or software, chosen by the Editor solely for their competency and product quality.

13. Jurisdiction

You expressly understand and agree to submit, in the French language, to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the city of Thonon-Les-Bains (74, France) to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use or content of Innovation.world. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms, and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

14. Entire Agreement

You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and the Editor. You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

15. Changes to the Terms

The Editor reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of Innovation.world after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
